Frequently Asked Questions
Open the app, choose a tag for your session, and tap the start button. PomoKing will guide you through focus intervals and breaks automatically.
Yes! Go to Settings within the app to adjust your focus duration, short break, and long break intervals to match your preferred workflow.
Your session data is stored locally on your device. On Android, data can be backed up via Google Drive. On iOS, your data and preferences are saved securely in the device's Keychain.
To be double safe, you can manually export your saved focus sessions. We recommend doing this periodically. You can find this option in the app by navigating to Settings → Data Management → Export History.
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On Android, go to Google Play Store → Subscriptions. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. You can cancel or change your plan at any time.
Try these steps:
- Make sure you are running the latest version of PomoKing from the App Store or Google Play.
- Restart the app.
- Restart your device.

Refunds are processed by Apple or Google depending on your platform. Visit Apple's refund page or Google Play's refund page for assistance.
